Privacy Policy
Part 1-How do we process your information?

When you purchase goods from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we will also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.


Email marketing: If you allow us, we may send you emails about our stores, new products and other updates.

We use the following technologies to collect device information:

We are using the Pinterest tag (a conversion tracking pixel) to help us optimize your user experience on Pinterest.

We are using the conversion tracking pixel Facebook Pixel to help us optimize your user experience on Facebook.

We are using Google Analytics tracking pixels and advanced e-commerce tracking to help us optimize your experience on the Google website.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return, we imply that you agree to our collection and use it only for specific reasons.
If we ask you to provide personal information for other reasons (such as marketing), we will directly ask you for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to refuse.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If you choose to change your mind after joining, you can always contact us at fernandokeeling07@gmail.com to withdraw your consent to contact you in order to continue to collect, use or disclose your information.

If the law requires us to do so or you violate our terms of service, we may disclose your personal information.

Part 4-Shopping

Our store is located on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform so that we can sell products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, database and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the time required to complete the purchase transaction. Upon completion, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways follow the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee. This is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our stores and their service providers process credit card information safely.

Part 5-Third-party services

Generally, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services provided to us.
However, some third-party service providers (such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors) have their own privacy policies for information that requires us to provide you with purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you understand how these providers will process your personal information.
In particular, please keep in mind that some providers may be located in jurisdictions other than you or us, or in jurisdictions different from you or us. Therefore, if you choose to conduct a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider or its facility is located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information used to complete the transaction may be disclosed by US law (including the Patriot Act).
Once you leave the website of our store or redirect to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be bound by this privacy policy or the terms of service of our website.

By using our website, you (visitors) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address in order to determine your location for currency exchange. You also agree to store the currency in the browser's session cookie (temporary cookie, which is automatically deleted when you close the browser). We do this to keep the selected currency selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the price can be converted to your (guest) local currency.

Part 6-Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not unduly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, changed, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although there is no one way to transmit 100% securely via the Internet or electronic storage, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

Part 7-Cookies

The following is a list of cookies we use. We list them here so that you can choose whether to opt out of cookies.
_session_id, unique token, sessionality, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referral URL, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data, lasts 30 minutes since last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to record visits
_shopify_uniq, no data, expires at midnight (relative to visitors) the next day, counting the number of times a single customer visits the store.
The shopping cart, the unique token, lasts 2 weeks and stores information about the contents of the shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, session
storefront_digest, unique token, not sure. If the store has a password, this password is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.


Section 8-Age of consent

By using this website, you are at least your adult age in your state or province of residence, or you are already in your state or province of residence, and have provided us with your consent to allow any minor family members of you to use this website.

Section 9-Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website. If we make major changes to this policy, we will notify you here that the policy has been updated so that you understand the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances (if any) we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with other companies, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell products to you.
